The Children’s Parliament’s Wee Book of Promises communicates the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) using accessible language. As a young person, you have certain rights that can’t be taken away by anyone. This book gives a good overview of what some of those rights are.

Human rights are for everyone and young people have rights just the same as adults. It is important to know your rights and to make sure your basic human needs are being met. This document from the UN explains the rights of children and young people.

Online Counselling Service

If you feel that you are really struggling with your mental health it is important to know that there is always someone there to help. It can help sometimes to speak with someone close to you, like friends or family. Your GP can also help you access further support with Mental Health.
