What are ‘Articulation Routes’ to University?

Articulation is the process of going to college for 1 or 2 years before going to university, and entering the linked university course in its 2nd or 3rd year. Articulation routes are specific to each college/university and provide an easier transition to university. Please see attached articulation resource.
