If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and would like someone to talk to, you can call NightLight Crisis Helpline.
This helpline will provide a listening ear, emotional support, advice and information if you are feeling distressed and are in crisis.
They will offer you sensitive and non-judgmental support from their team of dedicated Crisis Support Workers and Peer Mentors who will provide you with:
- Time and a safe space to talk
- Support with crisis resolution and building coping strategies
- Advice and information
- Signposting
- Onward referral when required
Anyone experiencing mental health distress can call the Helpline for emotional support and signposting.
Professionals, family or friends can call on someone’s behalf with the individual’s consent.
