WHO WE CAN HELP
Young people aged up to 25 living in the central belt area of Scotland
- Those experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness
- Young people worried about homelessness or a housing situation which has become worse because of Covid-19
- Young people living in temporary or unsuitable accommodation
- Those living in risky or unsafe situations
- Those threatened with or worried about eviction
- Young people worried about where they will be living when they leave care
- Parents with housing problems that are affecting them and their children
HOW WE CAN HELP
- Our lawyers will provide legal advice and representation to young people remotely. This means they can take on a legal case without meeting the young person face to face
- Our lawyers will be available to work one-to-one with frontline workers, providing step-by-step legal guidance and supporting the worker to advocate for a young person who may be at risk of homelessness
- We will be able to respond to urgent homelessness situations where a young person needs immediate legal advice because they have nowhere to stay
